Information in record had wrong lock noted. Had to go to office which required a drive to get it. Had to wait since he was helping other rentals. Was given 2 locks not sure which would work.

In my case to access the space a physical card is also required to get into a space was not mentioned. 3. So Online service is just a registration process and anyone needs to book a space has to wait till next business hours of the store to get the card.
