The new guy at the desk, Kenny or Steve I believe is his name, did an OUTSTANDING job helping resolve small issues and expedited my truck rental and storage unit rental processes. I literally told him that he was "Saving the location", because before him my experiences at that location were far too slow and seemingly unorganized. They would often not be able to find keys for rentals, etc. Hats off to him and his Team
JEFFREY L | Overall ExperienceSliding access doors not available for moving items into or out of the storage units...made it difficult & limited access to inside the unit y a standard 30" wide pedestrian style door. Additional you have to key in your access code every single time I had to re-enter the unit.... Neither one is very movement friendly or helpful...
Mark E | Overall ExperienceWe never had any issues until I cleaned out our unit and went into the office that morning to close it out. It was 9:20 am on July 10th 2025. She said she would close it out and we would be good. Then this last week of July I recieved an email saying our payment failed. Then a phone call/voicemail the next day saying that our unit was empty so if we wanted to close it out to let them know. This was suppose to be taken care of JULY 10TH not July 29th... I am very disappointed.

The staff is super friendly, even offering to come over to my unit ,in the blazing heat, if I had any trouble. The facility is very clean and has excellent climate control so I am not worried about my items being damaged by heat or humidity. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.
Hannah C | First ImpressionsThis facility has assisted us with our storage needs for several years in the aftermath of Hurricane 🌀 Michael, including providing us with a storage unit and numerous truck rentals. The manager and her staff provided excellent service and I consider this U-Haul facility to be one of the finest stores in the system.
Robert F | Overall ExperienceIt was good until a employee told me that I couldn't get a U-Haul truck because it was too late in the day which way lie it was only 4pm which he knew because I called the next day and it was the same guy

RODNEY B | Overall ExperienceThe prices are high compared to other storage around here. We actually paid a different company but could not access the unit as the gate codes would not work. So we had to return the U-Haul truck we just got a unit there. The time it took jist to set everything up was not efficient enough. Then to top it off I was given the wrong unit size. I had to go back in and get it transferred to the right unit size. Then the directions to the unit were not helpful at all. 2 agents standing there playing on their phones while one agent helped everyone in there. The agent didn't know how to add a second scan card for my husband. Another agent had to come show her. We tried yesterday to go in, but the alarm kept sounding becasue it said it did not recognize our cards. Really annoying.

MELISSA P | Overall Experience100% and 5 stars for the staff. Super nice people and great to interact with. NEGATIVE stars for the greedy corporate slags that made this facility the most expensive in Panama City. Where did you knobs get your MBAs? At a drive-thru daiquiri shop? Tell your boss I’ll run that for half your salary, and way better customer satisfaction. Get bent for making me spend a day moving to your competitor down the street.
