I did not move into unit when I first looked into this place it Said I rent a uhaul and get first month free storage so I paid the 20 dollars but then I'm it told me I had to pay 165 at check in so I canceled it and lost my 20

MICHAEL A | ReservationWe did not move in to the storage unit on the 24th due to stormy weather conditions. We did move in on the 27 but the ground was soggy from the rain and snow. Our 26’ truck sunk in the mud . A tow truck was called at the cost of $250. I have NEVER seen a storage unit surrounded by grass. Why not blacktop or at least a sufficient amount of gravel
