Came in person on October 5 at 1:30 PM and spoke with Jennifer at the front desk. Her customer service is completely unacceptable and inappropriate. She was extremely rude and would not explain any of the questions that I would ask her and if I would ask again, she would be rude and not ask if I need any help and basically was no help to the services I purchased. I will not pay for another month of my storage unit because of her and rather go to any other storage company. Not sure why she’s still working there, but would really appreciate if someone could review her careless employment.

Well, they were better than okay. It looked like I just packed the storage unit days not years ago. I was throughly impressed. It cost me a fortune to store for so long but in the end it was worth the price.
