ALTOVISE F | Online Move InI had a great experience overall: great facilities and lovely staff. My only complaint has to do with the "donation" area. I left some used Ikea bookshelves there and was fined a $125 for "garbage removal". These items were perfectly reusable and in good enough condition to be repurposed. Even though I'm not against paying a small fee for leaving items behind, it seemed excessive, and Uhaul should have a better system to deal with the furniture that customers left behind. Again, this is not a critique of the staff, everyone was competent and lovely. But the policy strikes me as unfair.

I think it’s good to have an in person check out alternative because it was very frustrating as a person that does not like everything to be technological. Also, there was nobody to go to when we were having difficulty finding our unit or getting onto the elevator. It was no one available close by to assist.

When renting a truck and purchasing merchandise, this were my only options for employee interactions. Both times were pleasant. Would definitely recommend.
