Anita G | Overall ExperienceI ask for storage for a heavy to lift items. Showed the fotos of the items upfront. They give me a box with STAIRS to walk up. Lifting by HAND only. I had to pay $50 to people to bring it in. The same will happen when leaving $50. I have to pay workers for lifting $100 as the communication is very poor with employees. Need refund ASAP.
