This was my second very good experience with U haul. I was a fire victim of the Eaton fire and lost my home in Altadena and all my possessions, and greatly appreciated that Uhaul gave me the first month for free! Thank you! The only drawback of this facility is that there is very limited parking for vehicles, for loading and unloading.

As I was starting to stand back on my feet and purchasing my items, to move in to my new place, I go to check in to this location, in order to place my stuff in my rented unit, I was informed then,that my unit had been closed by “my dad/brother” who only spoke Spanish. Racist remark to start, and secondly, my dad does speak English, & does not live in the state. Unit was closed by not even checking ID, when you have to present one when you open it. I got charged for insurance , I guess it was a good thing that I didn’t have anything in the unit. I will not recommend or rate this establishment as I didn’t even get to experience it.
