The movers unloaded my truck, fortunately. I was told there was not a downstairs unit available, but would not have taken the unit. Had I known it was upstairs.

I walked in notified Logan that the day I rented the truck and storage unit that my husband had a massive stroke and that I didn't remove the truck from the lot, and I wouldn't be needing the storage unit at that time. The facility is always clean and secure. And the staff is always courteous this is not my first time using this particular facility.
