There was a stain on the floor that did not look like it belonged. Wasn't happy with what I was looking at. The concern about that stain was addressed and the issue has been resolved. Thank you uhaul for great customer service.

I put insurance on the storage and I would like to know if I will be receiving some type of compensation for the damage done to My bed. I am not sure if the storage was compromised or if there were water leaks in the storage Building. In addition some of well sealed boxes were opened and seems like our things were bitten by rats. I need compesantion. I paid insurance for the storage. The managers are nice people and work with you. But there was a lot of damage done to My things. I need someone to contact me regarding this matter.
