1) The staff was nice enough, but a couple of years ago, i opened my unit and everything was covered in concrete dust. construction was happening and nothing was done to keep the dust and dirt out, several pieces of electronic gear was ruined and a couple of antique rugs required professional repair, this was. a $900 experience. multiple times i tried to have someone there document it and somehow compensate me for the time and expense.. no one helped. Every time i opened my units door, an alarm went off, painfully loud, again , i expressed my concerns, nothing was done. but the damage done to my vintage sterio equipment and antique rugs was outrageous and i couldn’t get out soon enough
william s | Overall ExperienceAfter a move that went late into the night, Nathalie the general manager, arranged for us to book a large storage bin. It was easy to access, and the carts were very helpful in moving the furniture from the truck to the storage unit. After a very tiring day, it was an easy and quick solution to store the items until the next move in.
