I rather call the 1800 number but then had to play phone roulette. I was also promised many follow ups but it fell through the cracks. Over all the facility was great the employees not so much.

The call center is the worst idea ever, we might just send our work overseas because that service is just horrible and self service with our phones, not everyone is tech savvy. The people who I met and spoke were very wonderful. Rebecca, Eli and 1 other young lady whose name i cant remember where very cordial, patient and willing. A+ to the facility in Saddle Brook/Elmwood Pk. Thank you for your service.
