Brian W | Overall ExperienceWas a great place till all the crackheads started coming around and then you guys have the nerve to raise the price of the units and when we first signed up we were told the place had 24 hours access but what they failed to tell me was that you have to pay to get 24 hour access so I just went over to access storage where you can have the same size units for way less and they actually allow you to stack things in the unit so it’s pretty much double the space for half the cost! Thanks for being money hungry U-Haul cuz now I’m spending wayyyy less on a unit so thanks for pushing me out! Bye✌️
NATHAN T | Overall ExperienceI went into uhaul on mon July 14th to arrange a storage unit, the young man that helped me was amazing, he helped me find the right unit and when the password I created didn't work, we tried 3 different ones. We could not get the password to work but he assured me he would make sure what ever the problem was would be fixed

If I was the recipient of her comments to Lucas as he allowed me to empty my unit i would have resigned immediately. I will for sure not use peterborough haul again and not recommend it to anyone I know
