The unit upon arriving was not as described. I have health issues and had emailed to confirm the unit was on the first floor with no stairs which the manager confirmed by email. On arriving i was given a 2nd floor split level. The young worker Walker was incredibly understanding and tried to find alternative solutions but it took a very long time and was unable to find a unit without stairs.

Different times I had to pay a late fee as my account came due the 28th of a month and ODSP comes out the last day. Most often the late fees got tacked on a couple hours before my cheque was in if it was a month with 31 days. I struggled after Christmas, it was better to just clear my unit. I appreciate staff working with me to settle. Thank you all.
