Excellent service and facility. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great suggestions for packing. Quickly fixed a broken area on the loading docks. I cannot say enough about them during a stressful move time.

Despite being promised a first floor unit this is not what i was given. The staff on duty did everything. to find a better spot but was unable to. I then had to lift things up stairs. I wish the company understood the importance of disability accommodation and that this is not just a minor inconvenience

It makes a huge difference to get service where you feel supported as a first timer. I could not imagine using any other facilities. The physical space is also very clean and organized. All in all I am glad I chose this uhaul storage facility.
