The phone operators were pleasant and VERY helpful. The storage people were also very accommodating, as our original booking was much too small for what we needed and they were able to adjust that promptly and professionally. I have been very pleased with U-haul, and definitely will be recommending your company to a friend. Or two. Thanks. During a very stressful time, you all have been a bright spot in the process. And one more thing…the young man in Pickering who helped us out on Saturday morning-a very fine representative of the company, he was excellent, as well.
Elaine W | First ImpressionsIt's a shame it is on two levels, not too bad if you have a little unit ( for say christmas decor ) but having larger units where steps are involved makes it difficult with heavy items. Most people work till 5:30- 6 so to rush over before 7 is tricky sometimes... All in All staff were all helpful and courteous, friendly. I was thankful for the unit! Thank you.
