There were a few managers that were very helpful. However everyone kept telling me different rules, and the csr's were horrible. I had to move my stuff out I asked, another person asked, and another family asked them to unlock the sliding doors. You can look on camera we waited for around 45 minutes no one would unlock the sliding doors so I could move my big things out. The movers I paid had to leave so I had to lose most of my furniture simply because they would not walk 500 feet and unlock the sliding doors. I could not afford to hire them for another day so I just left it. That and I received multiple stories about settlement dates was just a lot. The Spanish girl I think her name was angel she was amazing and Gary was good as well.

The only issues I experienced was that the automatic doors where operating the time I was there and there weren’t any carts . Both issues made my move more time consuming and frustrating.

My unit was on the ground floor, it smelt like sewer, there are bugs here, and they had a leak and some of my items were damaged. I took advantage of the free month of storage that came with renting a Uhaul but I wouldn't recommend that either.
