I got in a bind with my move when the company supplying labor messed up the whole plan! I had to get my things into the apartment and the storage unit without the labor I had set up. Long tedious story short, the people at the West Alleghenies storage facility were so incredibly helpful I was in tears. Every employee I worked with from people at the desk to people in maintenance were professional and efficient. I had to get a bigger unit after I started loading in and they found a unit close to the first. I was simply so grateful to have exactly the help I needed. It seemed like I hit a problem in my move with every step, but the staff at the facility had answers that I didn’t know I needed. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

Then I went back the 19th of sept, to remove all my belongings, that's when I saw mice droppings on my containers since then i've Seen another mouse in my house. & I have to exterminator my home again i have pictures of my evidence, I had insurance on my locker. & would like to be compensated for exterminator expenses. They kept saying it will be auctioned but held on to my storage for months just so the bill could grow. They held my stuff for months until the bill went to over $500 instead of auctioning it months ago when they called me and told me they would. Never using Uhaul again.
