tami d | Overall ExperienceMy UHaul experience was fine, but the only thing is there were not enough of flat beds to accommodate the area of over load of people moving in or out. We had to search for carts.
LOUISE D | Overall ExperienceEveryone seems to have their own rules and guidelines. You call on the phone you speak to someone they tell you one thing when you get to the storage place you speak to someone else and they're telling you something else. For me my unit was very hazardous the floors were extremely sticky and each time I went to my unit six 782 I believe that was my unit number I will get stuck to the floor. It was so bad that I twisted my ankle went to the hospital and then sued the company. They will say quickly read your contract did you read your contract when people are moving and bringing their things to storage I don't believe they read them contracts because I couldn't see you for more than $15,000. When I couldn't go to work I couldn't be a grandmother to my grandchildren it was a lot and it was never correct that unit is still sticky in the front. My movers were injured so look forward to another loss have a blessed day and I'm glad to be gone.
VICKIE C | Overall ExperienceNeed to have more moving carts for a 3000 unit facility and the small access door that has no way of staying open for moving after 7 is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! Same with the elevator....... no way to load the elevator without having someone holding it°°°°° again ridiculous....... this is a storage fac ility and has NO CONVENIANCES!!!!
MERCEDES G | First ImpressionsI have. 10 x 20 but the staff said that it was left by previous tenant so it limited our access. They said they couldn’t remove it until tomorrow and when I offered they said I had to be a licensed locksmith. Other than that everything especially the staff was perfect
