My unit was on the ground floor, it smelt like sewer, there are bugs here, and they had a leak and some of my items were damaged. I took advantage of the free month of storage that came with renting a Uhaul but I wouldn't recommend that either.
CRYSTAL B | Overall ExperienceI’ve had nothing but positive experiences with every employee during the years of service at this U-Haul store. Gary, the store’s manager was very helpful in reconciling damaged goods in my unit. I would recommend others to use this facility. If I had to give any recommendation, it would be to hire more workers because I did experience long waits while there. I also attempted to have the option to pay my bill online but the system did not allow that to happen. Also, there were way too many rodent droppings in my unit. There should be more intense exterminating treatments to ensure less rodent appearances. Overall, my experience with this store was nothing short of amazing. I am pleased with its customer service.
