Everything was great, I would just recommended it being mentioned about there being a big beam/pole in the 10x10 units that take away space from the true measurements.

I had to get my things into the apartment and the storage unit without the labor I had set up. Long tedious story short, the people at the West Alleghenies storage facility were so incredibly helpful I was in tears. Every employee I worked with from people at the desk to people in maintenance were professional and efficient. I had to get a bigger unit after I started loading in and they found a unit close to the first. I was simply so grateful to have exactly the help I needed. It seemed like I hit a problem in my move with every step, but the staff at the facility had answers that I didn’t know I needed. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

Then I went back the 19th of sept, to remove all my belongings, that's when I saw mice droppings on my containers since then i've Seen another mouse in my house. & I have to exterminator my home again i have pictures of my evidence, I had insurance on my locker. & would like to be compensated for exterminator expenses. That you for allowing me to tell you why I'm totally dissatisfied with the service I received from your facility.
