I absolutely had a great experience with this U-Haul facility. The staff is outstanding and understanding highly recommend.
OLGA R | Overall ExperienceMy experience with this move-in was not ideal. I had reserved a unit in January only to be told on move-in day that my reservation could not be honored. Staff was nice and apologetic, and offered an available split 10x10 on a 2nd floor walk up. GM was able to correct the pricing to a sole 5x10 the following day. Still not happy that I’ll be moving furniture down stairs when school starts up again.
