Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant. The wait time at this location was incredibly slow each t time I had to go in which was 3 times. So just expect to wait and be patient. For me it was the customer service on site, but especially through chat and uhaul.com on the phone; phenomenal and solved every issue (This actually location was never available by phone)

This was quite frustrating. I would probably not recommend this U-Haul center to a friend and will not be using it next year. However, kudos to the staff for being very nice.
