Having carts available was amazing, it made my experience perfect. I only had one interaction with the staff, they all were very nice and helpful. I would definitely use and recommend this facility in the future. Thank you

Lillie W | Overall ExperienceI called in to inquire about a storage rental. I had read on the website I can attach a storage to a priviously rented truck and get 1 month free. The 1st sales agent wasn't sure how I can do that so she reached out for help. She then came back and let me know to get a 1 month free of storage I would have to attach the unit to a new contract. I let her know the storage would be under my husband name since he was the one who rented to truck prior and this will creat a new contract. She got all my information and started having trouble and so she asked if she can put me on hold to get help with something on her end. When the agent returned I can tell she had a SME/LEAD on the line assisting her. I was able to hear the other agent answer my questions and then hear the agent on the line helping me give me the same answer. I'm very familiar with this as I too train agent in call center positions so I was not worried. I was actually happy she was getting the help she needed to help me. We got to the very end and my husband calls and it's perfect because the agent stated she had sent a text and email to him since his name is the name on the unit. So I asked if I can place her on hold and merge the call with my husband so he can also be on the same page. She gave the ok and I crossed over to the otherwise to brief my husband on what was going on. I realized my husband forwarded over the text and email before he called so I picked his call I then go to check my text and see the link to the reservation. As I click on the link I realize it says due today $97 something. So I told my hubby it was wrong and as I was going to merge the calls the agent disconnected the call. No call back. No nothing. Well I call back and speak to someone who tells me she can't help me but she can get me over to a supervisor in customer service who can assist me better. I then get Jessica. The who I explain what happened and she begins by telling me in town don't get a free store and that offer is only for one way rentals. We'll I let her know that the sales agent promised that the storage would have a mknth free and she never mentioned that the rental we had privioisly was or wasnt in town or not. The sales agent and SME both confirmed my reservation for the unit would include a month free and sent a confirmation text and email then hung up. Jessica the so called supervisor said in order to resolve the issue she would have to listen to the call and it was not something she could do because her shift was ending. She refused to help me and I had a truck full of belongings in a truck that I had to return that night. So not only did I not have a storage unit but I would have to keep the truck another night and pay. Jessica did not want to help me at all. She refused to listen to call even after she found it and said it was 35 mins long. So there she was confirming she had found the call but due to her shift ending she would not be able to provide remide or a solution to what was happening to me. She team tried to pass the issue over to someone she called Suzan and again told me Suzan may not even be able to listen to the call that night but maybe. I did not feel comfortable or confident in Jessica or Suzan and requested to speak to someone else who can help. Jessica again refused to help me and told me I couldn't speak to anyone higher then her. I repeated that I was asking ti speak to someone else as a trainner for a corp company I know she may not even be a supervisor at all but she's definitely not the only one in her position supervisor or not. She continued to refused forcing me to hang up and call again I immediately requested a supervisor in the customer service dept. And I got Amanda. Amanda just listened and while listening started executing a resolution. She honestly let me get it all out and when I was done she immediately mad me feel like she actually listed to the whole thing while simultaneously working on a resolution. Amanda could not do anything for me that night Just like the others BUT what she did do is provide me with a remedy for a resolution. She let me know that she would leave notes for the store supervisor in regards to the complaint and what was promised to me. She let me know it would ultimately be the supervisors final decision but that she was hopeful the notes can help. I let her know that Roger from the 26th Ave uhal in phoenix is really amazing. I went into the store today and he took care of everything for me. He did have to let me know I made a big booboo on the truck rental and new girl, IM SO SORRY I wasn't really sure and honestly I hope you didn't get into much trouble but you helped me so much and you were so nice! I'm sorry I got you trouble. Thank you so much. It was a bit rough but you guys really helped me out. And I so truly appreciate it that.

eli q | Overall ExperienceThe man working outside and checking in equipment was super friendly. The man inside (Junior) was rude and cut me off every time I tried to ask a. He didn’t explain any of the process for renting a storage unit, just kept giving me short demands for where to sign etc. He seemed like he was being inconvenienced by my presence. We almost backed out of renting there just because of how horrible the process with him was.

Tony M | Overall ExperienceEduardo S. is condescending and rude. Besides his bad attitude we had to sit there while he bad mouthed other employees in front of your customers. We all have bad days , but that shouldn't be felt for the customer experience. I would not recommend this location if he is there. My sister works for U-haul corporate and recommended this location, but I would stay away.
Robert P | First ImpressionsHad to stop and get out of the facility at 7 PM for the after office hours switch. That was so inconvenient esp. in the middle of the move and given that it was so hot outside. Secondly, you need to buy a lock and key (that you do not need) from uhaul. Uhaul should provide these or have a code to enter for the storage room - in that way it will be secure as well.
