Ma E | Overall ExperienceI am giving a poor rating because I waited at the facility for an hour and a half and even tho it was supposed to open at 9am it didn’t open at all. I had to go to another facility to check in for my storage. I wasted an hour and a half of my time and also paid someone an extra hour and a half to help me unload.

JADE J | Overall ExperienceEven though she was wrapping up for the day, Viviana helped us upgrade to a bigger unit to accommodate all our stuff before we started moving in. She also called me to follow up first thing the next morning to make sure everything went well, we had received our new contract by mail, if it was correct, and answer any questions we might have. This was the end of a long, stressful, exhausting move from out of state for us, and she was so friendly and helpful and was the first person we met here and a true bright spot in this stressful moving process. The facility also seems extremely clean and well maintained!

The biggest disappointment was to see that some other person storaged his or her motorcycle in the spot that I paid-for right by my motorcycle.
