It was hard to find someone in the office and I usually had to drive to the store on 66th & 38th! Very inconvenient. But when the lady was in the office, she was AWESOME!

I drive to the facility twice before anyone was available to help. Trying to close out the unit by calling and left on indefinite hold which means I have to drive over again.

I had my unit almost a year. Most of the summer it was in high 80’s low 90’s inside. The deal breaker elevator out of service for over 2 months. Made it impossible to get things in or out.
