I used the storage for 5yrs at the cost of 203.00 a month the payment was taken out of my checking account every month. I never had a problem with the manager. After moving out of the storage I received a call from someone who identified his self as assistant manager starting I owned a month, was very rude and told me that he would hang up on me.because of that alone I will not refer anyone to you.

pam h | First ImpressionsUnable to speak to the local office to notify them of my move out. I ended up speaking with their call center. Sadly, the information was not passed along. Because of that, I was called when my payment wasn’t received. (At least the direct payment had been cancelled.)
Metro F | Overall ExperienceVery glad I was able to store my items here. It was really helpful to have moving carts available and the loading/unloading area was very accessible. Everything was well secured.
Chiamaka E | Overall ExperienceThe manager there, Joshua Barone, was extremely helpful. My reservation had to be altered and so they gave me a perk on the truck and assured me that the truck and storage space are available, and when there was a hiccup, he immediately drove over to the storage unit and assigned me a new one. He had given me his card so I had someone to contact for immediate assistance, in case of anything. Moving is stressful, and he was a source of peace on my moving day. Thank you Joshua!! Best U-Haul/self storage experience I have ever had (and I’ve had a lot). So grateful he was there. Also, the guys with One-Stop moving co. were also great, very polite and fast.

sam m | Overall ExperienceGood service, only complaint is that U-Haul doesn’t give refund for the days left in the month after our move-out from vehicle storage . As there is a waiting list, So U-Haul gets our money and rents our space to someone else; double profit. Not good.
