RODNEY M | First ImpressionsSince all questions are yes/no here are my comments. Outside unit outside the gated area but no issues. Unit itself was not light but outside lighting available. Hours did not have an effect. Drive up unit accessible all the time. Minor cleanup needed from previous renter, free lock was inside upon arrival. I did call and end the lease on 12/16 but was still billed for January. The phone number above cannot be connected to per Verizon. Currently would not recommend this facility to anyone because of not being able to contact anyone. Not sure why no one can be contacted. Same phone number was on my billing statement

I had my trailer stored at this facility for many years without a problem. In the past year U-Haul took over the operation and I was pleased to see they continued the same service I had over the years.
