The only complaint I have over the 3 years we had items at your facility is, the original space we had was apparently near another storage space where the owners allegedly had food stored. Subsequently, there was a rodent infestation and our fairly new queen sized mattress set was destroyed. And to my dismay, we were not compensated. We were able to move to another unit and there has been no further damage to the remaining items we had stored. My other concern was the seemingly rapid increase of the fees. I could no longer justify paying that much money for the few pieces were storing. But overall, it's been a decent experience. Thank you!
