The person I spoke with that morning about my rental her name is Anna. She was very helpful. But after the return of the vehicle, we were charged an astronomical amount due to damage that was done that we did not do and now nobody can find the pictures nobody’s returning phone calls and we’re just out $300. This is not OK. This is poor practice and I will never go through U-Haul again. And I will make sure nobody else that I know will either.
