I waited outside the uhaul for 2 hours and STILL didn't get my truck. I'm disgusted!!!!!
LISA B | First ImpressionsThe only thing, and this is smart economics, it isn't staffed, which is OK, just can't say convenient office hours when there truly is none. If when you called, you didn't get put somewhere that you can't speak with a person, it becomes frustrating. Shelby was very responsive to my needs. Brittany was very responsive as well, too bad she left, she was well liked.

I hope how soon they have a restroom at this location for her, and all the customers to use. She has worked in inhumane conditions since the day she was hired. No bathroom, no heat in the office!!
