We emptied our storage unit after hours so he was gone for the day. Instead of having to show up in person, we were able to call the following day & close out our storage unit. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a storage unit to put this on their short list.
Andrea L | Overall ExperienceHad a great experience using Acorn for almost two years. We used Air Conditioned storage. The building and grounds where always clean. Despite heavy Florida rain storms that caused flooding on the surrounding city Across property was high and dry. No roof leaks and never saw water inside the building. The staff was very friendly and time we dealt with them and very accommodating. I felt my items were secure and well maintained there. The property was well lit. They have built some additional storage it looks like. So everything is new or not much older than two years. When was at our storage unit I would often see staff cleaning or maintaining the property. The AC keep things reasonable despite the Florida heat. I put a bad of soap in a plastic container to keep my unit smelling good and as a check on the heat. It never melted in the least and was as solid as.new almost 2 years later. Great experience.

I have used the climate controled units both times. Staff is always very friendly and professional. I have also used Acorn mutliple times for vehicle rentals also and the same is true for that part of the business,
