My first location was not available and when I rushed to the Poughkeepsie location the staff was rude and confrontational. There was an issue with my reservation not pulling up it was connected to the wrong phone number I was threatened with the police being called on me because i asked for assistance. Come to find out this is an everyday practice at the Poughkeepsie location.

Thomas T. | First ImpressionsI had trouble getting into the facility numerous times and you don't have an easy way to reach anyone. And I noticed that there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. How wrong is this. And I was out of the unit by the end of the 1st of September and was given a call looking for my September payment. Terrible communication conditions.
ESTHER W. | Overall ExperienceThree phone numbers is an absurd requirement and I cannot image the benefit to you .. there was no clear indication from the staff that the storage was located off site, and only told me how to get there after I asked. The description of the layout and move in was completely lacking and there is no room for a truck to pull up and drop off stuff without taking 4-5 parking spaces. I will not even consider using UHaul for storage again, I’m sorry to say.

Asked tenant…. SHE said go down the street. Called-no answer. Spoke with Scott/national-he couldn’t get a person. Didn’t know where office was. Asked across the way at another storage facility, said right past Barnes and Noble on right. It would help to have a sign in the window. Had a pair of scissors. Cut my own zip tie. Alarm went off. Lock inside. It was confusing
