CHAR L | Overall ExperienceNo complaints on service or the people everything is great. The only complaint is the rock in front of the side where my storage unit was, it made things a bit cumbersome unloading and loading, maybe look at putting some concrete in.
Duane D | Overall ExperienceThe climate controlled storage area is nice and the staff was helpful and responsive. The provided carts/elevator made moving much easier. The restroom in the self-serve storage area was out-of-order at the time, but the office area had one available.

CORRIN M | Overall ExperienceOnly unfortunate situation I experienced was when my lock was cut off and replaced with an U-Haul lock. I was told later, that they’re not sure why that happened because I was never late on my payments. The U-Haul employee had to call and wait until the store manager arrived there to remove lock. I told the employee to call me when it’s removed and I come back. They replaced my lock and apologized for the inconvenience.
Roderick W | Overall ExperienceThe staff parks in the spaces that are next to the storage building so I could never pull up to the building to load/unload my jeep. It was super frustrating.

ANSELMO S | Overall ExperienceGreat place and location. However, the automatic lights are iffy. The sensors are pointing, sideways, down straight, etc. I had a hard time getting the lights to come on by my unit. So could be adjusted to work correctly.
