Alice M | Overall ExperienceThere was significantly more dust and dirt on my stuff after 2 months in storage than I thought there was gonna be. That was caused by having an open ceiling in my storage unit. I only ended up needing the storage unit for 1 extra week, I payed for the whole month and didn't receive any kind of refund for the 3 unused weeks. The door panel to unlock the door is currently not functioning, the arm/disarm panel works fine, but it's COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE to make people walk all around the building to look for an entrance. If you want a better review, I would need about a $40 CAD refund.
