He was friendly, charismatic, knew what he was talking about and made us very comfortable. Probably one of the best customer service/care experiences I've ever had. We give him a ten star rating!
Jeffrey E | First ImpressionsEvery thing was excellent. There was one issue that seemed could have been a serious issue. When there is an emergency there is no one to contact. Which could Be a real problem. When the GM is on vacation there has to be a go to person to anasser the phone 24-7. Especially if the facility is going to be accessible 24 hours. There’s always going to be that one occurrence.
