I arrived late on Saturday right before closing. The front desk assisted me and everything was fine there. I was unable to access my assigned storage at that time since they were right about to close. That was fine. I went back Sunday to unload my Uhaul rented enclosed trailer. I drove all the was from Montana for this. First someone from maintenance apparently doesn’t realize that customers need to access the top left storage containers and parked right at the center of the entrance. Luckily one of the staff helped me back up the trailer. They are very obvious and inconsiderate for parking that truck there. Next, I got to the storage container and the one I was assigned did not have the master lock anywhere and had someone else’s personal lock as if they had made a mistake and assigned me the an occupied unit or some random person just used it and locked it and it was not updated on their system as occupied and gave it to me. I was on a time crunch and lost about an hour at this point. Cancelled my reservation and went to Public Storage instead and got a 10’ x 25’ actual structure storage. Not only is it a better price, in a better location, they are actually organized and know what units are actually available and DID NOT WASTE MY TIME!

Just hard to get to and when there are lots of trucks and vans parked on the hill, it was hard to maneuver larger trucks to get things from storage.

The wonderful lady whom helped me... made sure i understood the proper procedures on gaining access to the building. Walked me over there and made sure i got it. (The process is not hard at all, just knowing one keypad/kiosk is for the door and the other is for authorization). I had a terrible day yesterday, nothing i was trying to get done was getting accomplished. Until i stepped foot on that uhaul facility. Service was great. Thank you again.

Not a problem itself, but access to my unit was blocked by another U-Haul truck that was out of service and left to sit on the back of the property--right in front of my unit. The person who showed me to the unit said he would check on getting the truck moved, but never came back. I was forced to navigate around the truck through mud and gravel in order to move items in.
