Unfinished drywall holes and openings at top of walls the light doesn't work and smells horrible.

After several failed attempts to contact the agent, I gave up and realized I was being treated unfairly. If you are going to choose to force renters to pay for insurance, make sure to use a company that will treat customers better. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

GARY P | Overall ExperienceThe security measures were appreciated after Uhaul tookover the facility from Stronghold Storage, however, that didn't keep my unit from being broken into by another occupant. I had over a thousand dollars worth of tools stolen from my facility because someone had broken through the drywall ceiling. Uhaul did cover my insurance claim to the maximum, but it was disappointing that repairs to the ceiling couldn't be made while I occupied the unit. When I finally moved out of the unit, there was more drywall that had either fallen or the thieves had broken back in. Dry wall and dust were all over my belongings. I would recommend a different form of ceiling be put in the units other than drywall that easily be broken into.
