My Unit has a large gap at the top while cause my item to be uncovered. I brought it up to management and they basically told me it is what it is. Unacceptable. So I just had to suffer until I moved out. And of course when it was time to move out I discovered all types of bugs and a dead rodent!!!!!!!!! I will never use them again for storage. And the manager king or whatever did not help at all. Then had the never to raise the rent that wasn’t protecting anything!! If i knew better I would’ve just not paid them but unfortunately I care about my credit and didn’t have time for them to be messing up my score but just know I am not happy and I don’t advise getting a unit from them. I will also be posting this review publicly. It’s the unit 111 feel free to check if you want to see if i’m lying, you will see a large unprotected gap!!

We offered to pay our storage several times before auction after I got out of the hospital they told us no but sold everything in my unit for 30.00 dollars then doubled back an expected me to pay the difference ! The manager hung up on my mother because she thought she could tell us false information when in fact my brother is a correctional officer and let us know the true factor in how far this could really go. I do not recommend
