DELAIRE W | First ImpressionsI must say that the staff who checked me in was very friendly, professional, and respectful. Infact, I will say that she is consistent with her 'golden' approach in attending to every one I have witnessed her attend to while I was waitng in line sometimes. She was always ready to assist promptly, and respectfully escalates if the issue under review needs a manager's attention. Another thing she did that made me appreciate her was that one of the days I visited, I complained to her that there was no bathroom tissue and hand soap in the storage bathroom. She promised to look into it. By the time I was driving off after making a phone call in my car for about 10 minutes, I saw her going to the building with a bathroom tissue and handsoap. NOTE: I don't remember her name, but if you check the day I checked in, sometime in early March of this year, you will know who I am talking about. Of course, she is always there. I jokingly asked her one day if she ever takes a day off. Please, U-HAULshould recognize and appreciate her because she is just great person, with great personality, knows her job very well, and very friendly to ALL no matter how busy she is.

We informed the staff they only gave us a brochure to call the insurance company, never asked or was willing to change units. On move out date all of our belongs were damaged by water and mold. Never again we will go to U-Haul.
