I was informed that there was no reservation for me on Thursday, and that I was supposed to be there on Wednesday and my reservation had been cancelled. When I made the reservation, I was told that I wouldn't be charged for the first month on the unit because I was renting a truck. I was charged for both, because I didn't have time to diddle around because I had to have the truck to pick up my belongings on Thursday before work.
