I received a free one month's rental. I checked out online less than a month later. I returned the key card in person to the rental U-Haul location. And I have been billed for an entire month of my free rental and have assessed past due charges for failure to pay my one month free rental. I have spoken to four different U-Haul employees at this point trying to get this resolved with absolutely nothing being corrected at U-Haul. Every rep that I've spoken with has been able to confirm that I should not be charged for this. But the one single individual who has the authority to back out the charge, seems unable or unwilling to do so because the only thing I continue to get from U-Haul our past due notices. I am beyond frustrated at this point.
