Upon arrival at the facility I found out there is only room for one vehicle to pull up to the loading dock. I had to park 15-20 feet away from the dock and walk back and forth to the dock with fairly heavy items that I am storing. It is not laid out well AT ALL! Then when trying to enter the facility I had to enter my code on either side of the door every time I went in to the facility. Having to enter the code twice EACH time I enter the facility is inconvenient, at best. The worst part though is no room to pull up to the loading dock because there were employee vehicles parked on one side and U-Haul trucks parked on the other. There was barely room for one customer to pull up to the loading dock. Again not well-designed at all. I would have expected a better situation from U-Haul.
