Victoria has been very helpful with the online end of things, as I was “caught” in a slight glitch on the alternate contact page of the registration process. The move-in is an on-going process. I was a bit annoyed that the strong locks ($50.00) I bought with longer lock arms would not fit in the slide lock due to the corrugated ripples in the door design. But all-in-all the move-in is going well. I am very appreciative to Victoria and Buck Stop for all their assistance with renting the unit. We may wind up needing another! Thank you!

Heather K | Overall ExperienceThis new storage facility is great! Staff was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They even recommended local help to unload our truck. Since it is new, they are still building and finalizing site work but it doesn’t detract from the clean and accessible units right off of Route 25. Highly recommend Buck Stop Storage! 5 stars!
