Procedure for disarming alarm was not clear online. When I opened my unit, the alarm went off but I was able to load it and leave. Person working the counter showed and explained the procedure.

Mike W | Overall ExperienceWhen I originally opened my storage unit, I was paying around 120-130 dollars a month for it. By the time I closed my storage unit out, I was paying almost 170. Every time I turned around I was getting emailed that my storage payment was increasing. I did not have access on weekends when I was able to visit and that used to be available to me. Could never get ahold of anyone if I needed anything. Will not use this storage facility again and would not recommend it.
