The experience I had with the general manager was not very good. He treated me badly and he is very racist. A general manager cannot do that.

charles c | First ImpressionsStorage facility hours were much more convenient when I first rented unit because I had access until 10pm. Once damage was done to most of the things in my unit and no help was offered then bay doors were damaged, accessing my unit became quite difficult. Hours are still limited after months of time passing & bay doors being fixed. The main office employee, Jeff, is a great employee as well as his wife, I believe, and also the employee Brad Hubbard. All 3 were very professional & helpful. Nothing else to comment in regards to the storage rental though.
