Lisa N | First ImpressionsI was told the day before I would pick up my equipment that they did not have the car tow equipment I requested and I had to settle for one that was on another site to the north which was completely opposite of the direction I was going. It my trip worse from the very start. This added fuel costs, tolls, and lost time. In addition, I completely checked out of the storage unit I had there and they still charged my card days later. I have been trying for two days to get someone to fix it at that location but when I call I keep getting hung up on. I’m going to have to go through my bank to get U-Haul’s job done right.
