Martin was extremely helpful and went above and beyond during difficult times, especially when health and family struggles got involved. You're trying your hardest to keep your head above water and avoid losing everything you own, but after all hope, you still end up having to because of a suicidal death in the family 3 days before your appointment to make 1 of 2 the two final payments to avoid the loss and closure of the unit. I hoped this could be different because I loved this company and the product protection they offer. Additionally, they have people who are there to help you with the process, should you need anything. If you have them call or text you or email you, they respond right away, if not, then the next day.

We came to St. Cloud to move my step son out of college. We were going to store his stuff. When we got to the facility, we decided to rent a trailer and take it back with us to Illinois. Robert could have not been more helpful or polite…very rare these days. Since we never moved into the storage place, we refunded that charge. He also took the time to get the trailer hooked up to my vehicle…just a really nice guy. Please treat him well so you won’t lose him!!
