Access for an additional fee is kinda ridiculous. It’s already really expensive compared to other facilities here. So, besides that, the A.G.M is super awesome and helpful and remembered me after months of not being there. That’s amazing service!!!

I never thought in a million years I would bring my most precious belongings to a place that would hire somebody who would in turn assist thieves And breaking and entering And breaking and entering no not only my unit but other units as well. .. And then go as far as to cover it up by firing said employee. I'll hope you know I' will never get the chance to replace rhose special items that were given to me by family members that are no longer here as they have passed Memories of my children growing up theyre gone yeah You guys really care no no one's Contacting me I brought th To your attention And you are still Sending me a bill when my things have been Up there since May 23rd I left you a message and of course I got no response. This has been a nightmare can you please just leave me alone I will be contacting a lawyer.

Tiffany J | First ImpressionsI got a flat tire in the parking lot. In order to not cause further damage i stopped driving immediately. The GM called to tow company and had my truck and trailers towed. The general manager knows my phone number and purposely cost me almost $350 for a tow quite literally 1 block away. This is a personal vendetta and St. Cloud MN should not utilized ANY HAUL Brand things.

emily k | Overall ExperienceIt's nothing against you all I think it was just bad timing on my end when we got our storage unit someone had taken the one we were supposed to get so I went up to the office so we could swap it for another one and that part wasn't really the issue cus you know stuff happens but I guess you guys were switching the computer stuff at the same time from Firefox to Microsoft or something like that and I got completely wiped from the system so there's been some back and forth about my unit and trying to get the insurance back for my unit weird but the $12 insurance and so far the only way to get my insurance back is to buy it again which $12 ain't a big deal but we used all our money in the move so at the moment $12 is kind of a big deal but I talked to the manager and I believe he is helping me with that he said he was going to work on it but as of yet I haven't heard anything back
