It’s been frustrating that it’s been nearly impossible to reach the office. Luckily customer service was at least available. I also appreciate that the carts are made available to customers since we can’t pull right up to our unit, but we went there last night and there was only one regular cart and one mattress cart. We were the only ones in the entire facility, so what happened to them all?!

My storage unit was broken into some time between march and may. I filed a police report and called the office the next day. I never received a call back from the manager. My stuff never felt secure after this.

jodine l | Overall ExperienceI used the check out process on the app. I did the checkout process at 7:19 Sat. evening and by Monday 10:15 am it had still gone unnoticed. I called the office and no answer, but it transferred me to a lady that helped me get a message to the office. 11:45 am the same day the office called andhe hadn't seen that there was a check out started, until I had him look into it and he finalized my check out process and sent a receipt to my email. I want to mention also that the restroom was out of paper towels and toilet paper during the after office hours I was there. Someone else had placed some napkins for people to use. Always seemed to have a bage of garbage just sitting in bathroom 2 times I used it moving in and out.

LORRIE L | Overall ExperienceHalls are lit but almost no visibility in the units. Bay doors are often not working. At least once a week the music was blasting so loud over the PA that you couldnt even talk to anyone you brought with. The worst was when the cheap lock they gave me kept getting stuck. I drove to Target and picked up a temporary one fearing the one they provided might not open again ..ever. it was sort of an emergency fix to secure my unit until I could get a better replacement. Apparently u haul staff didn’t approve of the only lock available locally in an emergency. SO THEY LOCKED ME OUT OF MY PAID UNIT FOR 3 FREAKING DAYS!!! ON PAID UNIT, no friendless note saying you need a better lock, we’re just going to seize your property and take our lock back off wherever the f we get around to it? Def deal breaker. I’m not paying 200 a month for that BS.

This is a basic customer service need, to a long time paying customer that was not met when I needed you. Disappointed.
