This means someone had access to the contents of my unit for an undisclosed time and could have been unattended, exposing my unit and its contents to whoever walked down that hallway. UNACCEPTABLE! I will NEVER use your company again for ANYTHING!

I had a cross country trek and this was the easiest portion thanks to Lonnel. 10/10. I saw him save an elderly woman from crossing the street too early and assist in putting out a fire in the parking lot. Truly a man of the people. He deserves a raise. 10% ownership in the company would be lovely touch as well. Godspeed Lonnel, you’re both a scholar and a gentleman.

FABIAN H | Overall ExperienceWe waited over 3 hours all units they sent us to had a lock on them. The u haul Tru k was dirty had dog foot prints plus stuff that looks like came out BBQ pit. And couldn't return my cash deposit cause he said system was done. Charged me for 10 miles only went 4 miles. Never use that location again.
