I moved out June 10th and still getting charged for rent .... Please explain why because I had everything out the locks were off and unlocked like it was supposed to be even cleaned the unit out .....

Tanashia S | Overall ExperienceOnly issue is getting in the building to access unit. You have to drive in and take up space when people are trying to move in or out. You should have a key pad building entrance for people that need to just get quick access to there units or let people in that are helping move. Other than that, it was all good.

Couldn't find anyone on the premises and tried for 45 minutes to get a hold of someone via the app and phone numbers. Couldn't reach anyone. Had to drive full truck during already hectic moving day to the U-Haul across town, adding mileage and using extra gas just to find a U-Haul employee who could help us. Hours-long delay. I was frustrated and unsure I could even get a storage unit after the first one I rented wasn't available

Jarod S | First ImpressionsOnce this facility became UHaul, the lack of a regular office presence made this no longer a good location in my opinion. While I loved the pull in and out and the security, the lack of customer service resulted in my moving to a brand not only closer to my home but who has provided customer service on site in these months of moving my storage items. With the prior brand ownership, I had no intention of moving sites.

Once U Haul took over the property each time I returned to the property the office was unoccupied. The facility was clean and well lit but I did not feel safe entering alone.

I was apprehensive that there was not an office manager at the site on Transfer Rd anymore but she said that there is someone in the building. My new unit had a rodent deterrent in it which was new and makes me concerned thst there is a problem? Also there weren’t any designated parking spots available so I parked in front of the entrance. .
