If you just want an inside storage space with drive in capability it’s great! If you need to actually talk with or interact with any one (if there is ACTUALLY) any one there. It’s terrible. Just asking simple questions was met with major attitude like I was disturbing their life. Elevator worked intermittently and there was no signage or direction to get to upper levels. But the space it self was fine. I think if staff spent less time smoking and talking in speak phone and a bit more time attending to the customers. It would have been a better experience
Joey T | Overall ExperienceI had family emergency and my grandmother passed. My mom started dialysis and my heart stopped and I spent 2 1/2 months in the hospital. I could not get Olivia on the phone to speak with me and then she would complain. It would take me two weeks to respond mind you I physically died and was resuscitated and I just wanted to get a few of my possessions back because it’s my entire life she had no empathy no grace and I was willing to work to get the parcel payments done, but I asked to move into a smaller unit and to work with me because irreplaceable stuff from each children, I don’t see packs. I understand they have a business run and I wasn’t trying to not pay my bill. I was looking for embassy to collect things they could sell what I could he broke my heart and my entire life was in my underwear my antiques my grandmother.

Susan D | First ImpressionsI had a TV and a portable fishhouse stolen out of my unit after someone broke my lock open months ago, I reported this to the facility and never heard anything back from them, this was over $1,000 worth of items, I at least thought they’d try to look at footage for me, but I guess not. Horrible customer service and won’t recommend U-Haul to anyone ever again.
