Had my storage for almost 3 years. Had a good experience. The old manager was always so helpful. They have new younger staff members inside and need to be better trained. Upon moving out i cleared the storage took my lock came back the next day to sweep it out because its 50 dollars if you don't. They had already tagged it and wrote "clean it" when I wasn't even checked out and still had 2 weeks on my contract. So the customer service kid was hesitant to solve the problem. He finally went with us to cut the tag off so I could sweep the storage which took 2 min. I went back to check out and he didn't even ask for my key card or pictures I took of the unit that was cleared and cleaned. All I know is I better not get charged a 50 dollar cleaning fee!

My storage unit was dirty and dark plus my card didn't let me get in I had no access. The young guy who let me in I ask if he could help me lift the couch he said no that he couldn't. There is no door stopper nor is there a ramp very inconvenient and very hard to access. I was disappointed to say the least.
