My storage lease was closed due to several issues with this facility and staff. Numerous times over the last few years I brought it to the attention of the facility personnel that there were homeless individuals actually living in the units. Each time I was told ‘We will look into it’, but nothing was ever done. The situation got so bad that my wife stopped going there alone because of the individuals inside the building. On top of that, there was constantly garbage and unwanted items being left behind inside and outside the building. I inquired several times about it and nothing was ever done. To this day there is a discarded bbq sitting outside the building that’s been there for over 2 months. This facility is poorly managed and I will not be recommending this storage facility to anyone.

Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and again very friendly. I definitely would recommend this Uhaul facility! Love the two ladies that run the front desk.

The ads on all the signage continued to show the $189 price for several months. It was clearly bait and switch but it would have been too inconvenient and expensive to move so I paid and stopped complaining after a few times of pointing out the sign behind the pleasant cashier with the lower price still for my section. That slight dishonesty spoiled and otherwise pleasant experience.

When I informed the front desk, no one offered to move me to a site that was not dirty. No discount was given to me for the hassle of having to clean off all my boxes several times. The staff was nice, but I thought a 7 year customer who was never late on monthly payments deserved better treatment.
