The gentleman was more focus on his food that was in the microwave than helping us. He advised my unit can be empty if I have access & continued focusing on his food. Horrible customer service & the manager is not any better. She never there or available. Always seems upset , yet I have not heard anything from anyone at facility.

DIANNE M | Overall ExperienceThe first day I signed up to have a storage unit I was told that you have a promotion (rent one month and get another month for free) The current Agent (Lady) was roude and not helpful and charged me for two months and put a locke on my unit till I pay the full amount for Tow months. Other than that everything was good.
