The only thing I wish they would change is the access to the units like Extra Space Storage they have 24hrs access but they charge a fee for those who need 24hrs access to their storage units

Alberta C | First ImpressionsThis location is the worst location treated us awful after losing everything in Ian did nothing to work with us the family was nasty it stunk and even after like 14 months of paying more than $260 a month we moved out and I had to call customer service and email them a picture and ask them to move us out. Even two weeks after moving out they were still trying to bill us. Absolute worst dump do not stay at the Reinhart Rd Sanford FL location NEVER EVER.
