DAVID E | Overall ExperienceWhen we let them know we was going move every thing out and we needed a trailer for rent we was told their was 2 available and it was sitting there for our use, we had paid for the use and ended up going to another place to pick one up before we could move our things out. Lost time is not good, when something had been paid for in advance, the facility should have gone and gotten it and hade it on site, other wise every thing else was excellent, thank you.
