Associate did not dona good job explaining features and benefits of the storage locker I paid for. An employee later in the day briefly showed me how to use my card. Which I found out I was using wrong keypad she said that was for after hours and this other one deactivated and activates the alarm. I moved out of my house and on my last trip to unload I was denied access. By the time 7a came around everything in the back of my truck was rained on and was informed of limited access to 10p by the associate that checked me out after the fact. I wish I knew. I would have planned different. I found this place on a Google search for 24 hr storage but it is not and the staff isn't very helpful. Very clean facility though.
