I had rat droppings on my things and they chewed through my stuff
Monique W | Overall ExperienceThere are rodent problems. I had to send the day sanitizing all of my furniture and other valuables. I had to wash all of my clothes and my wood end tables are clipped by the rats eating on them. I hope they would work on this problem and advise future customers of the problem so they’ll be able to use something to guard against them.

LATONYA D | Overall ExperienceI would have given five stars, but sadly the items in my storage had water damage to them, and it was the items that was against the back wall which is strange. On top of a huge field rat that was running around between the storage rooms. The location is tough to get a trailer into also but the employees there were very friendly and the place is very safe secure and well cleaned. I would recommend covering your items against the back wall. I would also recommend putting rat poison inside your room just to be on the safe side.

Also I opened up my storage and my wife sees a big rat trap on the floor under a bag I had in there that the rats just ate through and shredded to pieces. I left stuff behind because of the rat droppings we found in our boxes and stuff and this was also very unsanitary. I'll return the gate key.
