How U-Haul Reviews WorkI have had my storage for more the 5 year yes l have got behind! But l never not paid it in when l did l went in took out a loan to paid it back in July but miss page call me is l did not have to pay it all! So l paid what she told me me. But in aug l have to move out my house because over a divorce that on top of that they have to do emergency heart surgery on my 11 mother old grand babies. So l have loss everything in 3 months l call to stop the auction. They told me to call uhaul in l did but know one was willing to work with me i live in el paso tx l never received all call at the end my daughter call to pay it because they sent a letter to her house. She call to pay the amount on the letter 5 hunder and something dollars but they told her it was 7 hunder and something dollars. All so they told her it was two hunder and something dollars. But l said all of that to say this l fell like uhaul open my storage in saw l had really nice things it . Did not want to work with me because they want what they saw .so l fell like this company stole my unit because they wanted it for them self. The reason l know this because a friend bid 2,4001 in they allowed it to go to someone else. In when l spoke to the head office person. He said he couldn't give me that person info. But he also let it slip he knew the person. In her was going to call them in they they to leave anything personal like pictures are my mother teeth. That pass away when l was 15 and l had a lot of her things in there as well. But GOD is good. They saw a strong that was taken care of in saw what was in there. In someone at uhaul set this up. I will go to my grave knowing this. There should have be note in the system. As go back inlisten to the recording. His name stated with a w or end with a w. I was in New Orleans with my daughter and grandchildren child that had opened heart surgery 😢 💔 😭
TELIA G | Overall ExperienceThe general manager Shay was exceptional!!! She was extremely professional throughout the entire time my belongings were there and made my transition very easy. I cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and upbeat attitude. I have recommended several people to the U haul facility on Financial Plaza just because of Shay!

christiana B | Overall ExperienceConstant mice getting into my unit. Damage 50% of my stuff. Was moving out in July 2026. They charged me 2x and set my move out date for 6/19/26 not 7/19/26. They cut my lock for the second time without notification and denied my access
