We had to leave several small items that would not fit our vehicles for our out of state move. There was a family member we wanted to give the remaining contents to but U-Haul would not allow them to access the unit. Otherwise pleased with overall quality and service.

Felecia D | Overall ExperienceStorage was not fully cleaned when rented, you could see trash and debris in between the gate lift on the side of the storage. Also like a maze getting on the facility. The storage has no lights either.
TYLESHA g | Overall ExperienceThere’s a pest problem, I wouldn’t recommend! Rats ate through my boxes, and furniture, although everything was secured. I literally had to throw away 2 full size beds and mattresses (although they were under plastic), living room chair (holes throughout chair), cleaning products (rats bit through chemical bottles), bed pillows ( ate through industrial grade bags). Something’s were salvageable. I had to get an upholstery cleaner to clean what wasn’t ate through, and disinfect all dishes and pots. These units need to be upgraded, secure crevices and sprayed for pest weekly. I was out of more money replacing so much. The only thing good was the staff!
