I had rat droppings on my personal stuff and inside my Boxes as well. This was very unsanitary. Also I opened up my storage and my wife sees a big rat trap on the floor under a bag I had in there that the rats just ate through and shredded to pieces. I left stuff behind because of the rat droppings we found in our boxes and stuff and this was also very unsanitary. I'll return the gate key.

Felecia D | Overall ExperienceStorage was not fully cleaned when rented, you could see trash and debris in between the gate lift on the side of the storage. Also like a maze getting on the facility. The storage has no lights either.
TYLESHA g | Overall ExperienceThere’s a pest problem, I wouldn’t recommend! Rats ate through my boxes, and furniture, although everything was secured. I literally had to throw away 2 full size beds and mattresses (although they were under plastic), living room chair (holes throughout chair), cleaning products (rats bit through chemical bottles), bed pillows ( ate through industrial grade bags). Something’s were salvageable. I had to get an upholstery cleaner to clean what wasn’t ate through, and disinfect all dishes and pots. These units need to be upgraded, secure crevices and sprayed for pest weekly. I was out of more money replacing so much. The only thing good was the staff!
